The floor is segregated by curtains into 4 courts – each equipped with 2 basketball nets, room for 6 badminton, 6 volleyball nets, 2 indoor soccer courts or 4 tennis courts. A variety of heavy bags for combat-style training are available (gloves are available at the front desk). Surrounding the segregated courts are 6-lanes/200 metre indoor track with rubberized sports flooring.
