For this ride, take the ferry from downtown Kingston to Wolfe Island. You’re in for a peaceful and picturesque ride through the rural community with a patchwork of farms.
Wolfe Island is the largest, and westernmost of the Thousand Islands and offers three great routes to choose from, including a fourth route out to a conservation area. The first route brings you past the wind turbines the island is known for. Route number two passes a Canadian Customs post where you can take the Van Horne Ferry to Cape Vincent, New York, if you choose. On the third route, you’ll enjoy rolling hills, and beautiful countryside on unpaved roads. Each route begins and ends in Marysville.
Start location: Marysville on Wolfe Island via the ferry
